I feel misserable about this entire week and my life right now"

I do not know why we embarked on a trip to Plymouth University as it was like 2 days into the course. Apart from loitering around Plymouth our trip consisted of a brief look around a half finished college building and watching a relatively short video that some of the students had produced. In all fairness the video did inspire me to say the least- but that is only because of how it consisted largely of very poor work to which I know that I could if given the right tools produce better. When we were there, we were rushed in and rushed out, Bad organization on Plymouth University’s behalf. This doesn’t really give me enough confidence to make me want to further my education there.
An actor John Macneill came in to college to give us an acting workshop to help us with our presentation work. I feel that it did help me out a great deal with confidence issues to which I am very grateful for. However I do feel that he was very tongue in cheek and I felt almost embarrassed for him as he attempted to throw lame jokes at a crowd of un-amused students. The kind of jokes that only young children and dull middle aged people honestly find funny made the whole experience slightly painful but never the less I feel that I have improved my skills from this workshop if not my tolerance to bad humor."
